GOVCERT.NL operates worldwide in cooperation with Computer Emergency Response Teams (CERTs) and other experts in the field of information security. This allows us to maintain an up-to-date overview of potential threats. In the Netherlands GOVCERT.NL works with other governmental organisations and companies involved in critical infrastructure.

National network

In the Netherlands GOVCERT.NL works with public and private parties. We advise our constituents – ministries and other authorities – and take action when security incidents occur. GOVCERT.NL supports the police and legal authorities in combatting cybercrime. You can read more about this on the National Network page.

International network

More and more governments and major companies are becoming aware of the threat posed by cybercrime, and have, in response, set up Computer Emergency Response Teams (CERTs). These CERTs conduct their operations through intense collaborations within a worldwide network. We exchange information about threats, draw up best practices and develop tools to combat cybercrime.
