Which "talent" for security: the lesson of JPGR Wednesday 17 September, 16:20-17:00, Rotterdam Hall

People are the most critical element in security and finding the right person for our team is not an easy task. This is because it takes time to prepare special groups for this purpose and, by the time the group is ready, the scenario has changed and we need to anticipate today the profiles that will be necessary in five years’ time. What kind of people do we need to make our security solutions "sustainable"? What kind of "talent" should we look for to respond to the security challenges ahead of us? Mr. Tagliapietra has been an entrepreneur for 30 years and will share his experience in and thoughts about the formation of winning security experts teams.
