The World Trade Center is located on Beursplein / corner of Coolsingel, in the heart of Rotterdam city centre. The building is highly distinctive, thanks to its elliptical 90 metre tower with green glass facades. The World Trade Center is easily accessible by both public transport and car.

How to get there?
We strongly advise you to use public transport, as this is by far the easiest way to reach the symposium location.Tips:
- Guests from Belgium and France may consider taking the Thalys high speed train.
- There are flights to Rotterdam Airport from various locations within Europe.
- Please note that Rotterdam central station is currently under construction and may be confusing to navigate.
- Public transport in a foreign country can be a challenge. A 1, 2 or 3 day public transport card allows unlimited travel by public transport within the city of Rotterdam. These cards (at €6.40, €9.50 or €12.00) can be bought at the RET information point at:
- Stationsplein Centraal Station (central station), opened from 06:00 until 23:00.
- Metrostation Beurs, opened from 07:00 until 21:00.
From Amsterdam Schiphol airport
Total travel time from Schiphol airport to the conference location by public transport is approximately 60 minutes.There are three direct intercity trains that will take you to Rotterdam central station every hour, in about 45 minutes. One-way tickets cost €10,50.
From Rotterdam Central Station the metro, get off at the second station, `Beurs' (1 zone), and take exit `Beursplein'. Alternatively, take tram 8, 20, 23 or 25. Get off on Coolsingel, at the ABN-AMRO Bank.
A taxi from Schiphol airport to the conference location should cost around €100.
From Rotterdam airport
Total travel time from Rotterdam airport to the conference location by public transport is approximately 30 minutes.There's an airport shuttle bus to Rotterdam central station every ten minutes.
Tickets cost €2,70 and can be purchased from the driver. From Rotterdam Central Station the metro, get off at the second station, `Beurs' (1 zone), and take exit `Beursplein'. Alternatively, take tram 8, 20, 23 or 25. Get off on Coolsingel, at the ABN-AMRO Bank.
A taxi from Rotterdam airport to the conference location should cost around €20.
From Rotterdam central station
It's a 15 minute easy walk (Google Map) from the station to the World Trade Center.Alternatively, take the metro, get off at the second station, `Beurs' (1 zone), and take exit `Beursplein'. Or, take tram 8, 20, 23 or 25. Get off on Coolsingel, at the ABN-AMRO Bank.
By car / parking
Parking is available in a nearby parking garage at the price of €22 per day.Detailed route descriptions may be found at the World Trade Center website in Dutch or English.
